I haven’t updated this website since I first set it up. I strongly advise AGAINST this as it is a big waste of money if you’re just letting a website sit. I have however been sharpening my web design skills which I will use to create landing pages, as well as sales pages and squeeze pages for various products (my own, as well as affiliate products).

If I could start over, I would have studied that stuff first, then set this website up. Now that I’m back in business, the first thing I am going to do is set up an e-mail list so I can send out weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly tips for my readers to use to help make them recurring income.

My name is Michael and I made this website to show how easy it is to generate recurring income to live the 4-hour workweek. Working 9-5 every day is very difficult, and doesn’t allow enough time for family and friends, or leisure.

I am a 20 years old right now and decided a long time ago that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. My father owns a bar so I grew up knowing the good and bad sides of owning a business. My dad was able to afford a big house, several cars, and take many vacations, but he also worked very long hours probably adding to an 80 hour workweek.

I decided that I would work that much if I really enjoyed the work, but really already had my mind set on passive income. My dream business is to own a record label and I don’t care how much time I would spend on that, but in the meantime one of my short term goals is to own a house paid in full by the time I’m 25 years old.

As of now, I do freelance marketing and haven’t really set up any recurring revenue yet. I will be doing case studies on various internet marketing and other techniques to create several streams of passive income. I will be working from home the whole time because I don’t want to spend money on office space.

You should know I have a background in graphic design and marketing, and have a pretty large professional network for my age. I will be utilizing my skills in SEM / SEO (Search Engine Marketing / Search Engine Optimization), keyword research and analytics, copywriting, and more.
